Guitarist Gordon Giltrap is the subject of Perilous Journey, a brand new authorised biography due to be published on 5th October by Wymer Publishing.
Written by Steve Pilkington, with a foreword by Del Newman, the book takes its title from one of the Giltrap’s hugely successful early albums. Gordon will be signing the first 100 copies.

Also new is a re-release of Gordon Giltrap’s album Shining Morn, newly titled Heartsongs and featuring several tracks that have not been previously released. The CD’s release is a ‘thank you’ to the team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, where Giltrap was successfully operated on twice in 2016, enabling him to return to work as a touring and recording musician.
